I reserved a 6x12 trailer. UHaul guaranteed the reservation. When i arrived at the JAG Flooring they were closed. I wanted a trailer. I had several trips to make and didn’t want to pay miles and didn’t want a truck. I called UHaul and they said I could have the truck. I thought for what I paid for the trailer. When I got to DA auto, she said no. I had to pay. I am beyond angry with this. I have to pay much more and was not able to get everything out of storage because I was not going to drive the truck back and forth racking up more miles. I will take this issue to UHaul until I receive a refund.

THE VEHICLE WAS LICESED IN ARIZONA, U.S.A., ...MY TRIP WAS FROM ...FRONTROYAL, VIRGINIA ...TO LITTLE RIVER, SOUTH CAROLINA. HOWEVER, ... I DID ENJOY DRIVING & RIDING IN THAT "DAM-RAM-CARGO-VAN" !!!
