lady there was totally rude to me. stated i did not sweepout truck when I did one of my helpers with car to return me to home was there and stated I swept out the truck. she came back with a snippy comment, so you put your furniture in there. told her the truck was not cleaned when I pickup truck. I am expecting a regional uhaul manager to contact me. I am disputing the cleanup fee of $25.00. I will dispute this charge on my card.

KARL LI picked up the UHaul 15 foot truck during Lucias closed day on a Sunday morning, but I did stop by the location the day before the pickup day and asked a few questions. The truck cab was a little messy and gas gauge was 1/4 to empty.
