WILLIAM RThe rating does not reflect this simple storage of Gaffney location. The rating reflects whoever changed my pickup location at the last minute and sent me to a location that was CLOSED during my reservation time! It was VERY inconvenient to have to find a new pickup location when I had already dropped my car off at the location that was confirmed to be my auto transport pickup spot! I had no way to get the truck AND my car to the impromptu pickup location that was CLOSED during my reservation time!! Extremely unprofessional
