The trailer we were given was parked behind a different trailer and it would not allow the attendant to change which one we were receiving in the system. My husband had to hook up the first trailer and move it in order to access the one on our rental agreement.

The issue of not having the correct size despite reservations made 2 months earlier. I received confirmation on the App of rental being available but when I called the day before, I was told that U-Haul did not send the reservations through and therefore they did not have my size available. I was told a larger size trailer will be available instead. What would have happened if we showed up the morning of and was told nothing is available?

Leroy TThe inside of the U-Haul was dirty( inside driver area). I also got the vehicle on one-forth a tank. At least fill the tank to half full so the customer doesn't have to immediately go put gas in.
