I felt very safe driving the unit from U-Haul. The vehicle responded very well throughout the trip; the brakes worked properly, it felt stable, and it was easy to drive. In addition, the app clearly explains each step of the process, making it very easy to understand and use the service. It is important to note that this was my first time using the service, and the experience was very positive and simple. 🚚👍

It snowed and there was snow on the windshield and hood, would of been nice for that to have been cleaned off being I could not reach the area to clean the snow off nor had what was needed to reach it
