They allowed us to have the truck for an extra hour which was so appreciated.
MICHAEL PLied about fuel to charge me an extra $30 service fee plus an additional $16 for "4 gallons" of gas, saying I left the truck on E
Brandon SOverall, my experience was seamless. I did have one issue when filling up the van with gas. The fuel gauge would not go past 3/4 of a tank full, although the tank was overflowing with gasoline. As a result, I was billed for not returning the van full.
