The issues I had are likely unrelated to the location. That said, the app would not work when trying to upload pictures during the overnight pickup. What a complete cluster that app situation is. Second, the rear passenger outside dully tire was OLD and in REALLY BAD SHAPE. It’s cording VERY BAD on the sidewall. The inner steel wires are exposed.

The person who checked us in and gave us the keys was pretty rude for no reason. She was short and just seemed annoyed we were there. When I dropped off there was a gentleman in the parking lot on the side that looked like he may be living in his car- I was concerned he also may be sleeping in the empty uhauls. Othersie the app and rental was great.

Timothy WWhen I asked the lady if the 10ft truck could move a small 1 bedroom after seeing how small it looked, her response was "I don't know, but your gonna find out". Didn't really appreciate the attitude and the fact the description wasn't helpful.
