I had a great experience with my U-Haul rental, thanks to the employee who helped me. From the start, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the entire process in a way that made everything easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by helping me recover a pair of sunglasses I had left behind. That level of care and attention is rare and made a big impression on me. Overall, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and I’d absolutely recommend this location because of him.

I was not secured to the floor/wall when we received the truck, so something might not have been reset after the previous user. The staff at Minuteman were helpful in removing the extra charge and refunding the fee on our credit card right away when notified of the issue.
