The pick-up experience was not good. I had reserved an appliance hand truck and a furniture dolly, and neither of those were available at the location when I picked up. I'm not sure if that is the fault of the local proprietor or corporate, but it was frustrating. The exchange with the gentleman running the location wasn't pleasant either. I know we all have bad days and I did pick up at 8am on a Friday morning, so maybe it was an isolated experience.
Kris NThis location is rough. Truck was clean but had a 1/4 tank fuel so immediately had to fill.

Jacky DThe check engine light was on. The truck was dirty. The seat was ripped. There was a low tire pressure light on. When I called it took forever to get someone and they didn't help. It was a horrible experience.
