They tried to over charge me, they changed my reservation so that I could be charged more added insurance on and more miles than I requested. Added more fuel that was in the truck. The truck was dirty, nasty and raggedy. It was a awful experience.The worst experience I ever had with a U-Haul dealer, I appreciate the Uhaul company, for refunding my money, it’s not the Uhaul company, it’s this dealer that was the problem.
