William ACounter check out would help, as the guy in the store told me that I would have to check out on the app, instead of doing counter check out like the reservation was telling me. I'd never done it this way, so it took 25 minutes vs. the usual 5 minutes! Other than that, everything else was great!

Max CTruck was dirty inside so I dropped it off dirty. Owner goes outside and rev bombs the piss out of the vehicles. Also, I select online pick up so I didn’t have to speak to anyone but you still have to.
