Counter check out would help, as the guy in the store told me that I would have to check out on the app, instead of doing counter check out like the reservation was telling me. I'd never done it this way, so it took 25 minutes vs. the usual 5 minutes! Other than that, everything else was great!

Ac stinks and so expensive and I didn’t even run 70 miles and got charged for running 70 miles
Max CTruck was dirty inside so I dropped it off dirty. Owner goes outside and rev bombs the piss out of the vehicles. Also, I select online pick up so I didn’t have to speak to anyone but you still have to.
Carter MI have been billed twice before final bill being $140 more then what store advised me was. He could never produce a receipt. He said he was gonna get me a discount also for mileage off the truck because I’m renting for multiple times I’ll never use U-Haul again.
