No improvement needed. Everything went as smooth as possible. The desk clerk was very friendly and ALL paperwork was done professionally and with ease. I was happy with the overall experience.

ANITA FWe got there at 8:30, and Cindy had the office open before the official opening of the store. The original truck we were going to rent had a check engine, and we told Cindy about this and switched it to a newer van. She made this change effortlessly, and we were out the door in less than 10 minutes. Hope you guys will rent cars in the future!!!!
