I noticed that you only need to fill up to where it was when you picked it up. It would be nice if you still required it to be full when returned. The trailer ratchets were in dire need of lubrication. I had trouble even getting the straps loose. I did buy some WD-40 and lubricated them and they worked fine. I re lubricated them when I dropped it off to make it easier for the next person. The inside of the truck was filthy — chips all over the floor, sticking residue all over the cup holder area. I did not get assistance hooking up the trailer but that was no big deal for me but others may need assistance.

LINCOLN EIf only the persons renting the UHaul will point out all the extra fees at the time of reservation, would be helpful. I expected paying maybe $60.00.
JEANNE KNobody walked out and looked over vehicle with me. Handed keys and had to find matching truck on my own. Truck had dried mud all over exterior. Empty pop cans left over in between seats.
NICKOLAS DHow can a hardware store be closed on a Sunday? And how did my reservation get switched locations? And your app doesn’t work worth a crap. Could not save pictures of the truck.
