My requested pick-up location was Baldwin City, Kansas. I had to drive 20 miles (for pick-up and return) in the opposite direction of my move, I think I should have been allowed to return the trailer in Baldwin City, Kansas with no fee.

We selected one location to pickup from. They called me TWICE to confirm making me feel it was all goo to go. We got there that morning and they had NO truck for me. They sent me to a different location that they changed my reservation to without telling me. It was 30 minutes out of my way. So I’d recommend Not move someone’s pickup and drop off location without asking them. Causing their total price to DOUBLE what it would have been.
