My previous Uhaul van rental had bluetooth capabilities, which was fantastic! I could easily hear map directions and could easily play an audiobook on a long drive. I missed the bluetooth capability on this most recent rental. Additionally, this recent van had display issues. The clock & radio display would sometimes be visible and other times be missing. Since we traveled with the van over many miles and several days, we really missed these added features.

The reason that the person wasn't helpful was because I asked if I can drop the trailer there and she said it was okay but never told that I will be charged extra which is something you should tell the clients. I had a open location to drop off therefore I shouldn't have been charged. The person who I talk over the phone about this was super rude and I glad that I talked to that person over the phone because if it was in person things would had, well my experience so far sucks.

SHANNON RI had to wait in office speak to someone instead of using the app because the equipment I reserved was not in the truck and half of it was not even available even though I reserved everything weeks in advance. The staff weren’t exactly friendly. The truck was fine.
Kelly Hfantastic team with great attitudes and willingness to make the rental easy on us. They even helped me replace a burnt fuse so that I could pass the u-haul inspection for the auto-tow package. Above and beyond for SURE
