I was fraudulently charged an additional 300+ miles for a one way rental and for half a tank of fuel when I returned the vehicle full of fuel. It was only dispatched with 7/8th of a tank. The station seemed to have no idea how to return the vehicle. I asked if I need to return via the app or the store. U-haul was called and their representative told the station to return it themselves vice the app. This is one of my worst business experiences. Now it will take 30 days allegedly to resolve this issue and I am out an additional $415.30. This is unacceptable. RENTER BEWARE - DECEPTIVE BUSINESS
