There were no brake connection lights provided and ended up having to buy some to have lights. The pick up site was a strange arrangement for a rental spot and complicated.It was okay in a pinch but would not use it from that rental location again.

Provide customers the size truck they ordered and paid for. Provide customers with the equipment they ordered and paid for. When a customers calls repeatedly to explain the issue don’t tell them they’re wrong and ignore the problem by telling them to call someone else. When a customers calls repeatedly try and come to a resolution to their problem instead of leaving it not fixed at all.
