Lack of service in the general area makes it very difficult to return your active rental. My rental was supposed to be turned in tonight or tomorrow morning… why was I charged through Tuesday?

Fix the door on the trailer I rented. I had to use something to pry the door open everytime.
Jason BWhen they asked for the return location of the truck, the wrong location even after I repeated the actual location name. I will not return to this location for any future needs.
VICTORIA WThe truck I rented was FILTHY!!! The truck back had broken sheets of glass, red dirt, hair beads, tons of tiny Legos and just lots of trash. It had never been swept out. The cab inside looked as if someone had spilled coffee and soda all down the center console and it dried up and looked disgusting. The workers inside also made me feel unsafe. The person who does the rentals was not there. The worker in the store had to call him on the phone. He didn't explain to me what was going on. He was speaking Hindi and never actually told me in English what was going on. That customer service was awful. When I returned the truck, the guy who checked me in was more knowledgeable, although still rough in his representation. He didn't even apologize for the filthy truck, which I demanded he switch out for a cleaner one.
