This was a different experience for me and I wish I had called before I went there to drop off the truck. I am not used to turning in the truck by phone. I guess I did everything I was supposed to do but I wasn't comfortable with it. I dropped the truck off early so they were not expecting me and no one was there to meet me. I called the number on the building and left a voice message but no one ever called back. I found the key return box and just followed the instructions. I made a sign of the cross and locked the truck and dropped the keys in the box.
