Those guys are friendly and honest. I’ve been to U-Haul many times in the past and I have been ripped off and everything else. They were kind and patient as I tried to scrape up my money to pay. They even gave me a bottle of water because it was over 90 degrees outside. Thank you guys for being so considerate.

Tell the real and complete rate before getting people to book then adding on additional charges. My charges were way more than expected. Also add some lighting were we pick the uhaul up, it was a very sketchy place. I will not return.
