KRISTIE HThe location And the equipment were good. The app is not. We used the app to check in and get the truck before normal business hours. The app is unnecessarily complex. Why do I have to take a photo of my driver's license AND manually enter the information? Why do I have take a photo of the gas gauge and mileage AND manually enter the information. My biggest issue was getting the key to the truck. There were different instructions in different places on the app. Only one of them was correct, so I spent a lot of time following incorrect instructions and almost giving up before I discovered the correct instructions.
