The check in process is very poor, there are two different locations where the key was said to be located. The truck was completely out of gas. The truck was poor running and had damage to the driver side door where when the driver side door was closed, you can fit a few fingers out of the door. When I opened the truck there was not any of the equipment that I ordered. I was on a schedule with help waiting to get started at the house. I called customer service and was told I had to come back to retrieve the equipment. I was met with the person working at the Geneva Sheds location who was indignant as to the inconvenience this created. He told me: "you should have just used a car to drive back to pick it up." After waiting for another 15 minutes of his commentary during what he called internet issues, he told me I could go with the items and he would call me to let me know if i can get some sort of didcount for the trouble. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by even looking at the issue.
