In all our years of moving on our own, We have never had a truck rental go so smoothly! We live in Oklahoma, but had to drive to Kentucky to pick up some items....so our truck rental had to done by phone. We landed on American Mini Storage Plaza and Brandy, the Manager, and Mike, the District Manager were so helpful with every question. Our timing was critical, and Brandy worked so well with us to make sure we got the right truck at the right place. We don't have the words to tell anyone looking for a truck rental in Georgetown, KY area ...except, "Go find this place to help you with moving anything!" Thank you again, Brandy and Mike and U-Haul!

No interaction with workers, did drop via app. Was a good experience the last time I was renting.
STEVEN FI dropped off the truck at the location on my reservation, which was an excellent facility. However, I didn't understand why the drop off location was changed at some point in time to a different town, and I was charged an extra fee. Not happy about that situation!
