Not much of a selection for trailers needed and larger one than 6 x 12 but it was all they had at the time. Easy access to the pick ups was very essential if you are driving a large pickup. The girl working the store was friendly and quick on paperwork.

I dropped it off after they were closed so I had no interaction from personnel.
Tommy FMy issue was not with the location but with U-Haul. They moved my location to this one instead of the one I reserved and didn’t send an email update, they did send a voicemail but it didn’t show up. Furthermore once I got there this location didn’t have a dolly so I then had to drive to the original location to get one, wasting more of my time. Plus the sweet lady couldn’t get logged into the U-Haul system, very horrible service on uhauls end.
Jarrod HI had to drive 35 minutes out of my way to get the toy hauler and 35 miles back to my home! Good 60 miles and gas!
