My issue was not with the location but with U-Haul. They moved my location to this one instead of the one I reserved and didn’t send an email update, they did send a voicemail but it didn’t show up. Furthermore once I got there this location didn’t have a dolly so I then had to drive to the original location to get one, wasting more of my time. Plus the sweet lady couldn’t get logged into the U-Haul system, very horrible service on uhauls end.

I had to drive 35 minutes out of my way to get the toy hauler and 35 miles back to my home! Good 60 miles and gas!
