Mobile drop off of the truck and put the key in the drop box as the mobile App instructed. Received a call the next morning from attendant asking me where I put the key… What’s the problem with the mobile App and the people at the locations???

KEVIN GIn all our years of moving on our own, We have never had a truck rental go so smoothly! We live in Oklahoma, but had to drive to Kentucky to pick up some items....so our truck rental had to done by phone. We landed on American Mini Storage Plaza and Brandy, the Manager, and Mike, the District Manager were so helpful with every question. Our timing was critical, and Brandy worked so well with us to make sure we got the right truck at the right place. We don't have the words to tell anyone looking for a truck rental in Georgetown, KY area ...except, "Go find this place to help you with moving anything!" Thank you again, Brandy and Mike and U-Haul!
