Roadside assistance took over 2 hours and was told 60 minutes. Had to pickup truck and car carrier at different location after the national reservations changed my reservation from a 29 to a 20 foot truck. Called and spent over an hour before they gave me a 26 foot truck.
Dustin EThe national reservation was horrible! Booked a 29 foot truck and then 24 hours before I went to pickup the truck they changed it to a 20 foot truck. Had to call and spend an hour on the phone and they finally switched it to a 26 foot truck, but had to go to another site 40 miles away to get the car carrier. The rep only gave me 5 extra miles. During the move we had a flat tire on the car carrier and was told that it would be 60 minutes and it took over two hours for the guy to show up to replace the tire. Would never rent from U-Haul for a long move again.
