Larry KRoadside assistance took over 2 hours and was told 60 minutes. Had to pickup truck and car carrier at different location after the national reservations changed my reservation from a 29 to a 20 foot truck. Called and spent over an hour before they gave me a 26 foot truck.
Dustin EThe national reservation was horrible! Booked a 29 foot truck and then 24 hours before I went to pickup the truck they changed it to a 20 foot truck. Had to call and spend an hour on the phone and they finally switched it to a 26 foot truck, but had to go to another site 40 miles away to get the car carrier. The rep only gave me 5 extra miles. During the move we had a flat tire on the car carrier and was told that it would be 60 minutes and it took over two hours for the guy to show up to replace the tire. Would never rent from U-Haul for a long move again.

bob mThe guy who runs the local shop was great. Unfortunately U-HAUL's computer system went down (apparently nationwide) for a long time, stranding customers in line. The AFM was called but wasn't helpful. It took my call to CEO Joe Shoen to get progress. Joe told the shop owner of a back-up order entry system that the AFM should have known about. Internally, U-HAUL's IT folks or sales support team or customer services team should have been emailing and texting employees about this back-up system, but I don't think that was happening. Kudos to Joe for picking up his phone when I called - it got the three customers in line at my shop going and will make me not give up on U-HAUL.
Chris LJD was absolutely fantastic. I had a sour taste in my mouth from the beginning of my trip in Indiana and was prepared for something similar. However I showed up at this location and JD was extremely accommodating and helped me out tremendously. This is a fantastic location I will be recommending

Clint RRuben is the owner and he is very accommodating! He is a very nice man and very polite, I highly recommend his u-haul business. I’m not very good at backing trailers up and he offered to do it for me. His yard isn’t really big so if you have a problem backing a trailer into his yard don’t worry about it because he will help you.

Fred TThe location was closed and gated. One way in and out. Took me a while to get turned around in the drive. Finally got the 6x12 back up in front of another trailer but unable to lift the trailer off by myself. Called the # in the sign. Thankful he was able to find someone to come lift it off. Just something to consider when providing drop off locations. Can’t answer if clean and inviting since it was closed. Would I recommend? Not sure
TONI WThis location has treated me superbly both times. Because of my great experience with this location when I rented a year ago, it was the easy choice when I requested for a rental this time around. And like the last time, he bent over backwards to accommodate me and my needs, which helped me stay well ahead of my moving plans.

Jamaika MThe truck was reserved at Dun Deal storage to be picked up at A&A storage the morning i went to pick it up he was not there and when I called him he was not helping me at all he said use the 24-7 to get the truck i told him i did not know how to do that he said he was closed and could not help me then he hung up on me and i called him back he told me to call Dun Deal storage and have them help me. I was very upset and angry any how I forgot her name at Dun Deal but she saved my day and went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much to Dun Deal
