My reservation was sent to a location I didn’t want at the last minute, despite making the reservation months earlier. The trailer extremely hard to access and the parking area was filled with hazards making it hard to back the trailer into the spot to return it. The office entrance was a cell phone store and was poorly marked and unclear. Add to that the fact they no longer offer trucks and I’ll likely never use Uhaul again.
