Tried multiple multiple times to contact this person to extend my rental never pick the phone up got the wrong number was put you know sent to different operators at the end of the day and it was lied about I owed all these Miles because my payment wasn't accepted and of course he got away with it and I owe $3,000 some $4,000 to U-Haul that would they'll never get because this vendor is terrible never go to Total wireless Germantown Maryland piece of s*** liar huh
RAYMOND HI pre-registered, so the check-in was < 2 minutes. They were prompt and efficient. He took me to the lot and hooked up the trailer and made sure the lights worked properly. At my last trailer rental in Gaithersburg, I was pointed to the back lot and had to hook it up myself. Not a huge deal, but I really appreciated the personal service. This will be my "go to" U-Haul location in the future.

Paul SVehicle exterior was dirty. Windows were dirty. Mirrors could not be adjusted or moved.
