It was very hard to find, and the vehicle storage area was not well maintained. The office area was very messy.

JOSE CUpon arriving at the drop-off location, we were met with an unfriendly woman who merely told us to check in via the app and drop the keys in the box. She never made eye contact, stood up or acted friendly. Unimpressed. I don't know how you all stay in business.
