No one was at location when I took the truck back I arrived at 10:30am truck due back at 10:50am. Lately I've been having issues with my phone so I couldn't process return online, Uhaul employee sent email for truck return. Some form of compensation would e appreciated.

How you are charged for gas. It had 6 miles to Empty and I barely mad it to the gas station and put in $119.00 and and only used it for 18 miles and then when I dropped off the truck I was charged another $43 .

Aaron FI had a problem with removing the lock in order to get the key so I had to call someone for help. They were very helpful and nice to speak with. I have to say that I was not pleased with the movers chosen for me. Even though they were nice enough and respectful, they were not careful enough with the furniture. We had scratches on two of the dressers and on the dining room table. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
vicki SI was handed the key and told my contract would be e-mailed to me. I asked if we needed to check the truck before leaving and she said no.. I did take a picture of the gas gage and mileage. Inside of the cab was dirty… floor mats , windows and cup holders. Shortly after I got home, I noticed there was a text to tell the condition of the truck but it had expired (I was never told it would be sent)…. I had movers load my truck from a shed to the truck with the ramp connecting the 2. One of the movers mentioned it was dirty as they were loading but I was babysitting my granddaughter and wasn’t able to go outside. When I began unloading there was so much dirt and mud, many of my items are dirty!!! I have pictures of the conditions. Also the inside of the windshield was so dirty it made it difficult to see when driving at night especially.
