I ordered online to pick up at counter. When I get there that’s not an option. The note on the door says I can call another location. So I switched to mobile. I also rented a hand truck and there were no hand trucks in any of the trucks for me to use. So I paid for something I never got!

JERRY ALocation is an old nonfuctioning run down gas station without staff, but has a key 🔑 drop off box and phone number for contact. Please do something about the building and the environment if you want to run a good business.
Emmanuel ONo one was at location when I took the truck back I arrived at 10:30am truck due back at 10:50am. Lately I've been having issues with my phone so I couldn't process return online, Uhaul employee sent email for truck return. Some form of compensation would e appreciated.
