PATIENTLY EXPLAIN THE RENTAL PROCESS IN DETAIL. I'M 72 YEARS OLD AND THIS PROCESS WAS TOTALLY NEW TO ME. WAS VERY CONFUSED FROM PICKUP LOCATION TO THE RETURN OF THE TRUCK. NO INTENTION OF EVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ?????????????????????????? WHAT DO YOU MEAN USING 10 CHARACTERS TO SUBMIT THIS COMMENT

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter hours drop off was helpful and convenient, lighting could be better after dark, for the key drop off box area. Had to use a flashlight to read instructions for how to drop off key.
Mike SI ordered online to pick up at counter. When I get there that’s not an option. The note on the door says I can call another location. So I switched to mobile. I also rented a hand truck and there were no hand trucks in any of the trucks for me to use. So I paid for something I never got!
