Location is an old nonfuctioning run down gas station without staff, but has a key 🔑 drop off box and phone number for contact. Please do something about the building and the environment if you want to run a good business.
Emmanuel ONo one was at location when I took the truck back I arrived at 10:30am truck due back at 10:50am. Lately I've been having issues with my phone so I couldn't process return online, Uhaul employee sent email for truck return. Some form of compensation would e appreciated.
Pamela DHow you are charged for gas. It had 6 miles to Empty and I barely mad it to the gas station and put in $119.00 and and only used it for 18 miles and then when I dropped off the truck I was charged another $43 .
