Melody made this entire rental experience easy from start to finish. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in her work. The equipment was clean, ready on time, and she double-checked everything with me before I pulled out. You don’t see that level of care often. Her attention to detail and the way she treats customers set this location apart. I’d absolutely recommend this site to anyone—both Megan and Melody are the reason I’ll continue using this location.

Two times now checking in with the self check-in app has been a pain and not convenient and easy at all. This time it took us over 30 minutes and had to call U-Haul for help. We had movers waiting on us and could not get the app to work it dispatched the vehicle but did not give us the code to get the key out of the back.

GEORGE CDon't assume someone is coming in and not let no one know. I was doing on line but because an assumption was made, had to inside. Did not feel like I was important. More like an interruption. Same way when dropping truck back off. An interruption.The online person was so fantastic... . I recommend doing on line always..
