The comments that I am going to make are no reflection of the experience we had with Gilbert Self Storage. The folks at Gilbert Self Storage were top notch. My wife and I feel like we were totally ripped off. To rent a 15ft truck to move some furniture approximately 418 miles round trip for $681 is crazy. We used the truck and returned it way before our turn in time,in great condition. Sticker shock to say the least, $350 would have been a fair price to pay for the rental. Hopefully we will not need to rent a truck anytime soon.

Business closed (Sunday) during my return window. Parking lot was clean, the bright orange key drop box was clearly labeled and easy to find. Personnel (drop box) just sat there with its open maw inviting me to feed it keys and no snarky remarks .. 5stars. App worked well and made return smooth and painless
