The issue was that we arrived at the location we made the reservation for (1037 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201) but when we arrived, we were told we needed to drive 20 miles (over a half hour) away to pick-up the U-Haul at a different location (4048 Two Notch Road Gilbert, SC 29054). My son was graduating from college at USC and we had family in town for the ceremony and to help with the move from Columbia, SC to Greenville, SC. The extra hour out of our way creates serious inconvenience. I received no call, no email, no communication whatsoever to notify us of the location change. It was unbelievably upsetting to say the least. The reason I made the reservation for the Elmwood location was because it was very close to my son's house and he was waiting for us to arrive with the truck. I would like to be contacted by U-Haul management.

Kenneth DThe reservation was not for this location. When I arrived at the location of the reservation there was no trailer there for me. I had to drive 30 minutes away. The employee as 4048 two notch road was awesome. Very helpful when we decided we wanted a larger trailer.
