I had equipment reserved 28 min away, then had a call the day prior saying equipment wouldn't be available at that location and sent to an alternate location 54 minutes away. The primary move item was a car and I had reserved an auto trailer and a 10 ft truck to tow. When I arrived at this location the truck was there, no trailer. Very confused on who/how the hunt for a trailer was to be conducted. Scheduling came back and said they're weren't any available. Was getting ready to cancel the whole transaction and a local manager found one (at the original location from the previous day). They couldn't add to my truck contract, so when I got to the other location they billed me $1200 instead of $400 just for the trailer (just this charge was more than the entire truck/trailer bundle cost originally promised), but didn't have a choice under the circumstances. Didn't feel like anyone on the phone call centers cared slightest bit, re-routed half a dozen times. I was dealing with a family death and had people arranged to help me move belongings - all had to sit and wait. After making more calls the next day I was given a rebate on the extra trailer cost (at least told I'm getting a rebate, nothing has posted yet).

DIANN EWorkers inside the gas station were not helpful. Not listed as a mobile pickup only but that's how they made it feel. They are to busy on the phone or with each other to help.
