Easy to find the drop off location and to navigate the parking lot. The wifi service is spotty in this rural location making online check-in difficult. The woman at the counter was so helpful with processing the return. Thank you!

Drivers side window dirty, front windshield deal bugs.
Evan LQuit using flat 4 connectors when all truck/SUVs are 7 pin. And then having the customer have to purchase the adapter for $27. The trailers are way too low for a standard truck/SUV- should be clear when describing the trailer options on your site.They ride at a severe angle. Plus left turn signal was not working and rental place should have fixed prior to renting it out. Finally staff should be somewhat knowledgeable about U-Haul, trailer rentals although she was a sweetie and thankfully we left with a trailer.
Julie POur truck we reserved wasn’t available so we had to drive 30 miles away and then when we got here the guy at the counter had no idea how to get the key out of the lock.
Mason PThe opperator of this store where I rented in Greeley was awsome finding me the trailer. Not the sales person fault but the check ing out the trailer and returning the trailer was cumberson. NOT at all the employees fault. Will definetly deal with this man again. thanks
