This is hands down the worst experience I could have had while renting a truck for transport. If it was an option, I would give 0/10 stars. This experience was so terrible that I will be contacting corporate. I was offered loads of extras, which I flat out refused, and they were added on behind my back, without my consent, because the manager of this location wanted to bleed me for an extra few dollars. The odometer reading of the truck was off by over 10 miles upon pickup. I have picture evidence of that and will be forwarding it to corporate to have the mileage reimbursed. The truck itself was in so much disrepair that it was genuinely unsafe to drive. The sun visor on the driver side was damaged and unsecured, and LITERALLY required you to hold it up with one hand the entire time you’re driving, or else half your vision is obstructed. Whoever is in charge of auditing these facilities is doing a laughable job. The manager of this facility is literally scamming people by adding charges behind their backs and without consent, while providing vehicles that are an outright danger to drive. This is unacceptable, and I hope and pray that an actual human reads this feedback and does something about it.

NANCY CStaff there all need customers service training.The uhaul was not in good condition at all .It for sure needed an alignment and a tuneup. I didn’t feel safe driving it but I was e eager to get my stuff out of my old apartment..Ended up keeping it for two extra hours and I got charged twice.
Isabel PAlmost nobody at this location speaks English. Basic communication like "return" not possible. No signage for Uhaul at this location, it just looks like a gas station. 3 phone numbers required for a rental is stupid.
