The overall experience felt rushed. As the online setup started me at a 4-Hour rental I changed it to six was still not really enough time for what I had to do. Really think it is based on greed from the corporates but when I pay $19.95 for a full day's rental I expect to have the truck for a full day. I don't think that there should be a four to six to eight to whatever time limit because it does not change the rental cost but it makes me feel like I have to rush to get your equipment back to you or you're going to penalize me for returning it late.. I don't feel that this should be. When I rent a truck for 1995 a day I should have a day to rent the truck. Not starting at 4 hours. A day's rental is a day 24hours for 19.95. I believe the corporate U-Haul has gone to greed. Nothing more . So I caution any future renters double check your time frame folks make sure you got that truck for a full day when you're paying for a full day.
