Only problem is there wasn't any straps that I could find and couldn't stack stuff right and a few antique stuff was broke and a cabinet that holds my car collection is completely broken.Keith M.

I only have one complaint and it really isn't so much the fault of U-Haul but the mileage of the vehicle was a lot lower than expected. I know fuel prices are high now so that hurt a bit in the move but other than that the truck was clean when picked up. It drove fine and was comfortable considering. The employee welcomed me and asked if I needed anything else. He asked if I had any issues with vehicle. Told him that the â€œMom's Atticâ€ had leaked and I had a few wet boxes. He asked if anything was damaged in the boxes and he apologized that I had issues. He thanked me for bringing the truck back clean and full of fuel. Very friendly and helpful.Jason J.
There needs to be a place (small box) to put the padlock after the key is retrieved from the cargo area (I was using the mobile check-in). There was a second key on the key ring that must have been for another padlock on the back of the cargo door. I only occurred to me afterwards I should have relocked the cargo door with this second lock after I dropped it off. If there would have been a note to do so, I would have. I just didn't occur to me at the time. Otherwise, the process was smooth.Jeffrey C.

We went on Saturday July 3rd around 3pm to drop off the trailer, and they were closed. I called the # on the sign out front, no answer. I called the # on our contract, still no answer. I then called Rick's in Grinnell, IA to ask what I should do. He said I could drop it off or keep it until Monday, and I shouldn't be charged. I held onto it until Monday when I took it back to Shooman's in Glasgow. I told the guy I was there on Saturday to drop it off, but they were closed. He completely lied to me, saying he was there all day Saturday. I said they were closed. He got really pissed off with me, and got in my face telling me he just recently had a mild heart attack. I told him they were closed, and I called the # on their sign, and on the contract, but no answer. He told me in angry words to just drop off the trailer, and he couldn't help me. I dropped it, and left as quickly as possible. He was so rude, and disrespectful, and is a liar. I'd drop them as a drop off location.Sandy S.

The man that helped my father and I was very rude. He even told my dad that he didn't have to rent to us. All because he didn't see how I put my dad down as the driver because I broke my foot and can't drive but I was paying for the uhaul. I simply pointed to my dads name on the screen and the male got very rude and asked if we wanted to do it ourselves and then said he didn't even have to rent it to us. We were on vacation and our vehicle broke down and was just needing some help. I will not recommend this location to anybody because I would not want them to be treated with such disrespect like my father wasROBERT F.

Very bad experience and will never use online again. When I got too location no one was there and when I called the number of the location he said left a little early because nothing was scheduled. He came right in to help me and get it straightened out. He said my rental had been moved to another location and didn't know why or how and couldn't even tell me the location. Truck was leaking water and my personal belongings got wet had to re wash all of my clothes and blankets witch on top of a move is horriable and the truck has major front end issues was shaking very bad at 60 mph was a horriable experience and would like to be contacted asapTracie S.
