DORINDA SWhen I got there Cargo van was on E. They said it was supposed to be on 5/8ths of a tank. She rewrote the contract and told me to bring it back on 1/4 of tank. Then gave a me a 5 dollar discount on my trip. Made 0 sense.. I’ll never be back to the U-Haul location I used.
TAVIAN TWhen key could not be removed from ignition when we got home, we called. Upon return to rental location, they promptly replaced truck with newer truck so we could be on our way. Staff friendly and helpful
