Van was dirty with a strong BO type odor. The pick up link was not working and van was not ready at 8:30 as reserved. This continues to be an issue at this location.

They changed the price after u-Haul Online gave me a discount price.
Christopher LI take pictures of the mileage and gas before and after returning the vehicle. I get a receipt and the gas mark they applied is not the same as when I dropped the vehicle off . Charged me more $$$ I can’t wait to go back there . Get overs (Exxon on Crain ) across from Gabe’s !!!

ANTHONY WWell when I got the truck l didn't think to check some things l did check the lights and single lights but not the tires..usually when rent the u haul they do their own nothing like on Washington Blvd there wasn't no gas l had to put 30.00 dollars to drive it..
