Lets see, when i got my initial call for confirming my pick up day and location, the girl wasnt listening to the time i requested until i explained to her 5 times why i need early morning. I live in Az and its summer. She then told me id get a code on the app for the self pick up. Never did so i called 10 min before my pick up and was told that i needed to call another number. This made me late for pick up so i called the number the lady gave me to inform them that i would be late and no one answered. As soon as i entered the location, i got a call from someone who was very nice and then transfered me to the department who would walk me through getting the code for the key. I waited 20 min on hold! I was scheduled to pick my truck up at 7 am, was there by 7:20 am because of all the confusion i wasnt told in the beginning. After 20 min on hold, the customer service i recieved from the lady who was instructing me on my self pick up was horribly rude. I tried to explain to her that the scanning of my id was not wroking when she kept interrupting me telling me to let her explain. I said i have listened to you but you are not listening to me. Its not working! I was asking her questions, and would have to say hello because she wouldnt answer and she would tell me "sorry i wasnt listening and didn't hear your question." Excuse me? It was ridiculous and too me over an hour of the scheduled time to get my truck after horrible customer service

When I arrived to leave off the truck there was an African American woman yelling at a Hispanic male to hurry up and come to the roll down door. At this point I asked if this is where I leave off the truck, she did not answer me. After the Hispanic male pulled down the roll down door, she replied yes but we are closed. I asked her what do I do with the truck? She told me to leave the keys in a red box at the end of the building and to complete the soft return and lock up the truck. She was telling me this as she was walking away from me. I asked her, what soft return? She told me it should be on my phone and she and the man left. Absolutely no help whatsoever! Rudest people in the world. I'm 70 years old and fortunately I had my son with me, and he helped me with the phone apt. What happened to customer service? Then I was charged an additional $14.70, for what? I don't know. I was told to make sure the gas tank was half full, like I received it, which I did. The truck was clean. My return date was for the following day, but I returned it 4 hours after I picked it up. what a horrible experience.
