The truck was not cleaned out in the cab. They put the drop off location not where I was dropping off the U-Haul car hauler. That led to some confusion

My experience was excellent. I needed the rental in an emergency situation and your staff in Glendive delivered 100%. It was a stressful situation and they stepped in and helped quickly and very professionally. The site had that small-town vibe, where helping folks is just what you do. I'm grateful for their support and appreciated their kindness.

MATTHEW PI should not of had to drive to Glendive to even pick up the truck, U-Haul should have had it in Miles City ready for me. Making a reservation seems pointless if what you are looking for is not even a guarantee on the date you need it for. Very frustrating experience!
TRICIA WTrailer was dirty when picked up but if I were to drop it off like that, I would be charged a cleaning fee. No one reviewed the status of the trailer with me before I left. Staff initially added charges I declined when reserved. Staff was not particularly friendly.
