There was an empty water bottle in the trailer. There is only 1 way in & 1 way out, making it VERY DIFFICULT to turn around after hookup. I would NOT RECOMMEND this location.

It was closed when I dropped off. Only problem is that I thought I would be charged for the days I used it.

LESLIE KThe U Haul representative did not disclose all the applicable fees, I.E. insurance, and upon my return of the truck which I full gased up. The requirement of 7/8th of a tank I had literally a full tank yet he charged me for not gasing it up. My recommendation is to take a photograph to cover yourself.
