I was requested to go to another location after making my reservation which was fine. I had reserved an appliance dolly which that location doesn’t carry, however, I waited 20 minutes while the nice employee looked. Then called the initial location where I booked and they didn’t have one either. So I had to go to Home Depot and rent one which cost a lot more. I was also late for picking up the item we were moving and had people waiting on me. Lastly, I was charged not only for the dolly rental but also for fuel even though I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I left.
Eileen DI couldn't have been happier with the staff at this location. Super cool, authentic, and made everything super easy. I've used UHaul a lot over the years, and this was easily my best experience. The process for booking, picking up, and dropping off were great. The only complaint I would make is that truck was a bit of a lemon, but I wasn't traveling far so it didn't matter. I definitely wouldn't want to go cross-country with it.
Mitchell HSince they run another business all together checking in and out takes a lot more time. They are super nice though and if you need a carwash they do a good job!
Kelli STruck was newer, 150 miles roughly. The top was covered in snow, but not much to do about that.
