I was requested to go to another location after making my reservation which was fine. I had reserved an appliance dolly which that location doesn’t carry, however, I waited 20 minutes while the nice employee looked. Then called the initial location where I booked and they didn’t have one either. So I had to go to Home Depot and rent one which cost a lot more. I was also late for picking up the item we were moving and had people waiting on me. Lastly, I was charged not only for the dolly rental but also for fuel even though I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I left.

I couldn't have been happier with the staff at this location. Super cool, authentic, and made everything super easy. I've used UHaul a lot over the years, and this was easily my best experience. The process for booking, picking up, and dropping off were great. The only complaint I would make is that truck was a bit of a lemon, but I wasn't traveling far so it didn't matter. I definitely wouldn't want to go cross-country with it.

mark fThis location was difficult to find other than the fleet of UHaul trucks buried in snow. Someone should visit this location. It’s run out of a car wash with no UHaul logos or signs. The guy I rented from was a young kid that had no idea what he was doing he had to call someone to process my info. Truck was covered in snow and was barely able to get it out of the parking space snow it was entrenched in and the tank was only 1/4 full. U-Haul is great-these guys do this company no justice
