The staff at Tom's Automotive was great. They went above and beyond to help me. The experience with UHaul support on the other hand was absolutely atrocious.

The only reason I rated it lower as it was just a rental location and did not have additional services, like boxes, etc that you would receive at a full U-Haul location. If a friend just needed the equipment, I would recommend. If they needed more services, then I would caution.
