No comment. This was not my agreed upon drop off location. My issue is your computer communication system is fouled. My receipt at pick up clearly defined the intended drop off location. I was dissatisfied with Purple Pedalor in Burlington NC took 3 days to check in trailer when I had proof I dropped it off on Saturday. I was charged penalties. If it were not for me taking pictures the nice U-Haul customer service agent would not have been able to reverse the charges. The place of drop off was scheduled to be open but was not open. The owner by phone told me it was ok to drop the trailer off and he would check it in by the end of day on the Saturday I dropped it off. I was not happy that I had to waste my personal valuable work time reversing these charges. I should have been credited 100 dollars to me for my unnecessary wasted time fixing the charges due to business person carelessness.
