The Pick up process with the App was not easy and not straight forward as the service in this location is not ideal. The Truck interior was not back how ever the tiers were practically bald - Given that the rental pick up was on 2/10 and there was a chance of snow. I was able to get the truck Unstuck but we were stuck in a parking lot that had a layer of snow due to no traction.

It was the cleanest u haul I have ever rented
TODD SIf I had known my license was suspended.....I wouldn't have tried to drive your vehicle. As we only went 6 miles in 3 days. Seems like questions should be asked to yourselves......ty for understanding
