Karen was extremely helpful. I suggest you get proper blocks (wheel chocks) for the wheels, as the parking is on a slope. Also, blocks or milk crates for the trailer tongues. Our last rental experience at your other location in Goderich (on Victoria Street) was horrible. The attendant refused to let us drop off the trailer even though we were directed to that site, and then he ignored us as we tried to solve the problem. Contacting your call centre got us to your second location for the drop-off.
Roger PSlow. One person to do it. Waited over 15 mins to get it as it is also a bowling alley and only 1 person could help us. Then someone was parked infront of the trailer annd the lady jad to track them down and then lady never came back outside to help load or make sure all was good. Terrible. TERRIBLE location and customer service. Also, called to confirm what ball size we needed, called the place and they hung up on us with no answer.
jUSTIN hLocation was fine. Frustrating that I could see the trailers on site, but couldn't confirm booking until 2 days prior.
