When I went to pick it up the girl working had absolutely no knowledge on anything about the trailer. We had to flag down a stranger to help lift the tongue of trailer to get it hooked up because it was so heavy. She kept wanting to pull out the wheel chalks thinking that would help having no knowledge. It would have rolled the trailer into the back of truck. There was a bunch of garbage wedged under the trailer and the outside needed washed. I wasn’t confident the trailer would actually make the trip after that start!!! Wouldn’t recommend!!!

PETER GKaren was extremely helpful. I suggest you get proper blocks (wheel chocks) for the wheels, as the parking is on a slope. Also, blocks or milk crates for the trailer tongues. Our last rental experience at your other location in Goderich (on Victoria Street) was horrible. The attendant refused to let us drop off the trailer even though we were directed to that site, and then he ignored us as we tried to solve the problem. Contacting your call centre got us to your second location for the drop-off.
