Better signage on where to drop keys in drop box would be helpful

We started with being moved to a different pick up location. Then the lady had no idea we were coming, then realized it was there, but she had not seen it, so she said that was why she was not ready. Then she didn't seem to know how to fill out the information on the computer for U-Haul. Then she could not find the drop off place on her computer, and didn't know how to set it up to be that location, though we had already filled it all out on our original online request. She finally said "I will enter it as unknown drop off location". She told us to call the place and let them know we were coming so they were not surprised!! It took way longer than it should have to pick it up. But we did get going. She also never walked out to the trailer and look at it with us. So if any damage was blamed on us, she never looked at it with us. (we took many pictures before we left for proof, if we were accused of anything).
