By clarifying that just because you have a "reservation" dosent actually mean you have a reservation..it means you have the potential of a reservation. With with the trucks and the storage units. This "flaw" is extremely stressful and frustrating and ended up costing more then what I had "Reserved" thankfully those I spoke to were understanding of this system failure and made it somewhat better. But now I know for if there is a next time.
