It was confusing to know whether or not to drop off the keys. I had to verify if it is the right drop off location by calling Uhaul personnel to confirm that it is the right location.

SELMA OWendy was fantastic! She was very helpful and accommodating, offering great suggestions throughout the process. I appreciated her beautiful personality and felt that she truly valued my concerns. However, my only issue was that the final cost was much higher than the initial quote, which I found disappointing.
